My aim is to help you create a life that

goals in any area of your life.

Your sessions are at least one hour long, either
in person or over the phone.
During our coaching sessions I may give you handouts
containing relevant information, which I will encourage you
to read. I may also recommend books or other resources for you to
read.
Through mutual agreement
you may be given tasks or homework to do in between sessions.
A follow-up report via email is included which will
give you a summary of what we covered in the session and the details
of any plan of action that we have designed.
We start with weekly meetings, and as you progress,
you may like to change to fortnightly. The time commitment can be
changed to suit your individual needs.
It’s important to remember that change takes time and is a
gradual process.
A minimum of 4 sessions are recommended and 10 sessions
are recommended for maximum benefit.
